TALK ABOUT BAD LUCK
This guy is out for a run on the beach at Hilton Head, minding his own business Monday, when a sputtering lightplane lands on the sand -- and kills the guy. What are the odds? Sounds like my kind of luck. It's hard to fault anyone in this situation, but I can't help faulting the pilot. That's a pretty big beach down there, and it seems to me he could have done more to avoid the runner. As a runner myself, I mourn this death.
